The Grade 4 English teacher I work with is my cooperating teacher, and she is instructing the pupils on short and long comparative words. She starts by teaching them vocabulary that will help them with their lesson and  utilized a picture of objects and animals. She asked the pupils to identify what they had seen. She consults the book as needed when introducing the latest comparison lesson.

Additionally, I noticed that my cooperating teacher would constantly pose questions before outlining the lesson's themes. In order for the pupils to understand the specifics of the lesson in addition to its overall content, she employed the inductive method. She approached the pupils closely each time she asked a question, encouraging them to answer at the highest possible volume.

After the discussion, my cooperating teaching will create a game that will motivate the students to participatr during the discussion. Everyone have the chance to play the game that why the students is having fun and still learning.

The greatest resources for learning are the teachers. A teacher can act as a mediator between pupils and help them apply concepts to their own learning, however in this generation, we can no longer rely just on a single thing. Numerous educational resources are available for a school to use in order to support the kids' learning. In order to effectively serve as learning resources for students in this generation, actual items, pictures, illustrations, charts, graphs, maps, multimedia, movies, and games can all be used.

My observations show that in addition to using textbooks, my cooperating teacher and the other faculty members supported the lessons with real, in-class items. My cooperating teacher occasionally included games into the lecture to make it more enjoyable and engage the students, but there's no denying that in this day and age, laptops, PCs, and LCD projectors are the most essential teaching tools since they enable teachers to be creative.

My cooperating teacher's primary source of information is the demonstration school of Mo Din Daeng, which offers a library for instructors and students to use. She doesn't frequently visit the library, though, because they already own the book. My cooperating teacher used the three distinct versions of the school-provided book for each discussion. One of the most important teaching tools that my cooperating teacher employed was this one.

Additionally, my teacher's learning materials go beyond the textbook she is using; Mo Din Daeng organized a scout camp where pupils could learn more about the topics outside of the session like scout camp that help students become knowledgeable about things that are important.

In her discussion, my cooperating teacher made extensive use of a variety of assessments. The games that students played was the one I remembered the most. She is carrying out this discussion to help the students' social skills and teamwork. Students must impart their knowledge and ideas to others. Every time, my cooperating teacher requested that the pupils write down their responses and give them to the class. My cooperating teacher also employed the most fundamental form of assessment, which is the pen and paper assessment, in which students complete worksheets, tests, and tasks from their books.
