TEACHING PRACTICE

PROCEDURE OF TEACHING
I had my instructional material ready for the lesson I would teach days before I actually started teaching. I will greet my pupils at the beginning of the class and then probe them with questions on past subjects to see if they are still recalling the material. Furthermore, I provide some images that were relevant to the lesson's subject and posed motivational questions to get them interested in learning more. That concludes the topic of motivation, and next the primary principles are discussed.
Since it is easy for me to call someone to answer my queries, I am happy that every student actively participates in my class. Practice teaching allowed me to see that kids learn in a variety of ways, which is what I saw in my practice students and helped me to realise the genuine purpose of teaching. Because they are so unique and have such varying learning styles, not all pupils have the same method of learning. Because I want every kid to learn, not just the members of that particular group, I tried every tactic to get their attention.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES
My students' materials for our practicum and group projects were ready before I even started teaching. I purchase the items I need for my conversation the day before, even though they are not yet necessary, to avoid wasting any time. As soon as my cooperating teacher assigns the lesson plan, I will create the required PowerPoint slides for our conversation. In addition, I have to arrive at the school by 7 a.m. in order to ensure that we don't arrive late for our first session. This is because we need to set up the projector, laptop, and screen so that the class starts on time.
I can easily ask my pupils to find a group for any activity we are doing because they already have a permanent group in the classroom that changes every month. Because the pupils are so well-behaved, managing my class is not difficult for me.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Since the three sections I was in charge of were all acting appropriately toward me, raising their hands when they had questions, and asking permission before going outside, it's actually unnecessary to have a classroom management. To grab my pupils' attention, I had prepared some gimmicks, though, in case I noticed that some of them weren't paying attention to my conversation. All of my students are attentive to the conversation, silent, and prepared to hear the lesson again since I have taught them practices that I learnt in Thailand. In the classroom, a small tip like that can have a big impact.
PROBLEM SOLVING

The main issue I had with this program as a student teacher teaching overseas was communicating with my pupils in a language they didn't understand. Since English is not necessary in Thailand, where the emphasis is on national languages, I have dealt with students who completely lack comprehension of what I am teaching. When my students asked questions in Thai on the first day of my practice teaching, I wasn't sure how to reply. Fortunately, my cooperating teacher was always there to help, translating words so that I could understand my kids and vice versa.
